Who We Are?

Blacks in Consulting and Technology (BiCTech) is a 501c(3) that works to lower barriers to growth and encourage diversity and inclusion within entrepreneurship, technology, and consulting through Ecosystem Awareness, Ecosystem Activation, and Ecosystem Engagement.

• Ecosystem Awareness Hosting free events programs that allow consultants to build relationships with entrepreneurs, college students, and potential resources within the greater Washington DC Metro Area and beyond.

• Ecosystem Activation Activating the minority-based consulting and technology community groups to obtain volunteers, mentors, and advisors for entrepreneurs, college students, and those looking for an access point into consulting.

• Ecosystem Engagement Facilitating workshops and talent-sourcing programs to connect and support women and minority consultants and businesses.
